We are able to offer unparalleled advice with regard to all licensing and bonding issues, having maintained very close relationships with all of the aforesaid organisations together with all of the major travel insurance brokers and travel bond insurance obligors.

We are able to offer a comprehensive fixed price service with regards to applications for all forms of licence, membership and accreditation with the relevant travel bodies.We advise small and large companies alike in relation to specific licensing framework, financial and compliance issues. We act for some of largest travel companies in the country, but nevertheless maintain a large portfolio of small thriving travel entities.

Due to the complex nature of the financial structure of most travel businesses we also have a wealth of experience in assisting in corporate recovery when businesses experience difficulties.  We are not licensed for insolvency work, but nevertheless have extensive experience in dealing with insolvency practitioners who are sympathetic and understanding of the travel industry.

We also offer full and complete services>/a> with regard to all auditing functions and reporting to the Civil Aviation Authority and The Association of British Travel Agents in relation to their licence holders and members. We also have extensive working knowledge of the other travel industry regulatory and membership bodies. We are a Travel Industry Partner of ABTA. This is a business-to-business scheme, which is designed to strengthen the links between travel industry suppliers, ABTA, and ABTA Members. While not bound by ABTA's membership rules or Code of Conduct, Travel Industry Partners are required to adhere to the scheme rules.

We also have a long association with the Travel Trust Association ("TTA") and indeed assisted the TTA in setting up its trustee arrangements through TTA Trustees (UK) Ltd. We are able to offer an all encompassing service to all TTA members in relation to their application for membership and all specific financial and accounting issues thereafter.
